Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with CNSLBP 2) Symptom duration of at least three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any specific and radicular LBP diagnosed by physicians 2) Neurological or cardiovascular diseases 3) Uncontrolled hypertension (BP > 160/100 mmHg) 4) History of spinal or lower extremity surgery 5) Pregnancy 6) On menstruation
