Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: The study will recruit t participants age between 18 and 35 years old. 2. Sedentary habits: Through questionnaires and daily activity records, confirm that participants have been sedentary for at least 6 hours a day in the past week, including but not limited to office work, study, watching TV, using computers or mobile phones, etc. 3. Exercise habits: Participants did not perform regular aerobic exercise training (such as running, swimming, cycling, etc.) within one month before the start of the experiment, and did not participate in any trampoline or other high intensity jumping sports. 4. Informed consent: All participants must fully understand the purpose, methods, possible risks and benefits of the study before joining the study and sign the informed consent form to voluntarily participate in the experimental study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have participated in any exercise training or activities in the past month. 2. Those who have a history of health conditions that severely limit their participation in trampoline exercise, such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, and other serious diseases. 3. Those who are overweight, pregnant or breastfeeding. 4. Those with severe depression, schizophrenia, and mental illness. 5. Those with a recent history of sports injuries or trauma and have not fully recovered. 6. Those who cannot guarantee at least three times a week to participate in trampoline training to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the study.
