Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of skeletal class III malocclusion, 2. Diagnosis of OSA or non-OSA, and, 3. Adult subjects >18 y of age, 4. ASA physical status I or II, 5. Availability of complete clinical, cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), screening OSA questionnaires and sleep study results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases or use of medications known to affect sleep, 2. Craniofacial syndrome diagnosis, 3. History of prior orthognathic surgery or naso-oropharyngeal surgery
