Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with breast cancer and scheduled for elective total mastectomy with lymph node dissection 2. ASA physical status 1-3 3. Undergoing general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation 4. Able to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 2. Allergy to nefopam, morphine, or ibuprofen 3. Contraindication to use nefopam such as history of seizure disorder, epilepsy, angle-closure glaucoma, ischemic heart disease, severe hepatic(Child-Turcott-Pugh more than class) and chronic kidney disease stage 3 and above 4. Previous breast surgery on the same side 5. Unable to understand and use patient-controlled analgesia (PCA)
