Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults diagnosed with Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation (NVAF). 2. Male or female participants aged 60 years or older. 3. Currently receiving Oral Anticoagulant (OAC) therapy for at least 3 months. 4. Capable of self-care and not bedridden (independent in activities of daily living). 5.No severe hearing or visual impairments. 6. No cognitive impairment, as screened by the Mini-Cog assessment with a normal score (score $> 3$ out of 5). 7.No history of treatment for psychiatric disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an implanted cardiac pacemaker or electronic cardiac device. 2. History of embolic stroke caused by atrial fibrillation.
