Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients under 18 years old who were non hematologic and admitted to the PICU at KCMH from January 2013 to December 2023. 2.Patients had at least one mycological test such as histopathology cytology direct microscopy culture from lower respiratory tract specimens or galactomannan antigen testing in serum or bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) 3. Patients were also identified from the hospital medical database for aspergillosis using ICD 10 code B44.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patinets admit PICU for bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) only
