Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older Diagnosed with bone or soft tissue tumors requiring surgical treatment understand and communicate in the Thai language provide informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of unstable psychiatric disorders, including: Active psychosis: Assessed by psychiatrist based on clinical symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, or disorganized behavior. Severe depression: Assessed by psychiatrist based on DSM-5 criteria Manic episode: Assessed by psychiatrist based on DSM-5 criteria Patients with recurrent bone or soft tissue tumors following surgical treatment during the study period.
