Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai women under 40 years of age who have experienced amenorrhea or irregular menstrual cycles for at least four months 2. Have a serum follicle-stimulating hormone level greater than 25 international units per liter 3. Have a normal 46,XX karyotype, 4. Have no history of iatrogenic causes such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or bilateral oophorectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with known genetic syndromes associated with premature ovarian insufficiency, autoimmune-related premature ovarian insufficiency 2. Age younger than 18 years 3. Inability to read or write Thai
