Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult kidney transplant recipients aged eighteen years or older. 2. Patients who received kidney transplantation and are followed up at participating hospitals in Thailand. 3. Patients who developed or are at risk of post transplant diabetes mellitus during the first year after kidney transplantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of diabetes mellitus prior to kidney transplantation. 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data or missing key outcome information. 3. Patients who were lost to follow up within the first year after kidney transplantation.
