Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pain was worse in the initial step after and an extended period of rest 2. Pain was decreased initially after the first steps but exacerbated with increased activity 3. VAS at least 4 4. Pain was localized and sharp but not radiating 5. Pain was reproduced with palpation of the plantar fascia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have Wound or Infection or tumor in treatment area 2.History of foot trauma in 3 months 3. History of intervention at plantar fascia in 6 months Ultrasound therapy, steroid injection, surgery or botulinum toxin injection 4. Pain medication within one week before participation 5. Patient was not desired to participate in the study
