Post kidney transpant patient in Srinagarind Hospital Post-kidney transplant, Latent TB, IGRA

Interventions

Post KT-patient that have a negative IGRA result ,Post KT-patient that have a positive IGRA result. This group will receive INH prophylaxis for TB.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Two years post-KT patient age more than 18 years in Srinagarind Hospital 2. Patient accepted to attend the research (requires informed consent)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previously diagnosed TB 2. combine with others Organ transplantation (i.e., liver and kidney transplantation) 3. HIV positive patient
