Pregnant female patients diagnosed with placenta accreta spectrum, all of whom underwent cesarean section under anesthesia at Srinagarind Hospital between January 1, 2020,
and December 31, 2025.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with any form of placenta accreta spectrum, including placenta accreta, placenta increta, or Placenta percreta. 2. Underwent a cesarean section under anesthesia at Srinagarind Hospital. 3. Delivered during the study period (January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025). 4. Have complete medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical records lacking crucial information. 2. Cases where a diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum is revoked after surgery. 3. Patients who delivered at another hospital and were transferred after delivery.
