Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with any form of placenta accreta spectrum, including placenta accreta, placenta increta, or Placenta percreta. 2. Underwent a cesarean section under anesthesia at Srinagarind Hospital. 3. Delivered during the study period (January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025). 4. Have complete medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical records lacking crucial information. 2. Cases where a diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum is revoked after surgery. 3. Patients who delivered at another hospital and were transferred after delivery.
