Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and above Meet at least one of the participant criteria: - Persons involved in the Centre of COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) - Risk communication experts and practitioners from provincial or district public health office - Risk communication experts and practitioners from the Department of Disease Control in central and regional level - Provincial-level administrative personnel: Such as Provincial Governors, Heads of Provincial Offices, Provincial Public Relations Officers. - District-level administrative personnel: Such as District Chiefs, Assistant District Chiefs, District Community Development Officers, District Local Administrative Officers, District Public Health Officers. - Sub-district and local administrative personnel, and community opinion leaders: Such as Sub-district level supervisors, Local Administrative Organization (LAO) executives in the area, Kamnan (sub-district heads), Phu Yai Ban (village heads), Directors of Sub-district Health Promoting Hospitals (Tambon Health Promotion Hospitals), Village Health Volunteers, Monks, and religious leaders. - Data and technology experts such as university lecturers /researchers - Academics with expertise in communication and/or senior journalists Willing to give consent to participate in the study
