Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Phase 1 Inclusion Criteria 1. Participants are mental health professionals currently working in Thailand who voluntarily agree to participate and provide informed consent 2. Participants are willing and able to complete the online questionnaires required in the study Phase 2 Inclusion Criteria 1. Participants are mental health professionals in Thailand, including psychologists, clinical psychologists, counseling psychologists, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, or psychiatrists with at least 1 year of experience in mental health practice 2. Participants may also include advocates working with transgender and gender diverse communities who have at least 1 year of experience in counseling-related mental health work 3. Participants are willing and able to attend the full training program continuously across all three modules 4. Participants are willing and able to complete all study assessments, including pre training post training and follow-up assessments, two months after completing the training Phase 3 Inclusion Criteria 1. Participants are coworkers of Phase 2 training participants within the same workplace who voluntarily agree to participate and provide informed consent 2. Participants are willing and able to complete the satisfaction questionnaire regarding the knowledge transfer provided by the trained participant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Phase 1 Exclusion Criteria 1. Participants who do not provide informed consent to participate in the study 2. Participants who submit incomplete or invalid questionnaire responses Phase 2 Exclusion Criteria 1. Participants who are unable to attend or complete all three training modules 2. Participants who are unable to complete the post-training or two-month follow-up assessments Phase 3 Exclusion Criteria 1. Participants who are not coworkers of a Phase 2 training participant 2. Participants who do not complete the satisfaction questionnaire regarding the knowledge transfer process
