36 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle-aged and elderly adults aged 36 years and over, both males and females 2. Have a severity of heart failure, assessed using the New York HeartAssociation (NYHA) Functional Classification II-III 3. Have a mobile phone that can connect to the Internet and use the Line application. 4. Can read, listen, write, and communicate in Thai 5. Voluntarily participate in the research. 6. People aged 60 years and over, no cognitive problems, assessed using the Mini-Cog Thai Version assessment and have a score of 3 or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe comorbidities or those in the final stages of the disease, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, end-stage renal disease, and psychiatric patients.
