Interventions

Participants will receive a core stabilization exercise program combined with thoracic spine self mobilization using a tennis ball. Core stabilization exercises will be performed for 10 repetitions p

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 40 years 2. History of low back pain extending from the costal margin to the gluteal folds for at least 3 months, with or without radiating pain to the lower extremities 3. Sitting in a seated position continuously for at least 2 hours per day 4. Moderate pain intensity measured by the Visual Analogue Scale ranging from 3.5 to 6.4 out of 10 5. Screening score for lumbar instability of 7 or higher out of a total of 14 points 6. Five Times Sit to Stand test time greater than 10.4 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Self reported Exclusion Criteria 1. History of spinal surgery 2. Body mass index greater than 30 kilograms per square meter 3. History of lower extremity injury affecting postural control within the previous 6 months 4. Participation in core stabilization exercises or thoracic spine mobility exercises within 3 months prior to enrollment Researcher assessed Exclusion Criteria 1. Presence of spinal or joint deformities such as congenital abnormalities, spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis, assessed by medical history taking and physical examination including palpation of the spine 2. Presence of neurological abnormalities such as altered reflexes or sensory deficits of the lower extremities associated with spinal nerve root involvement, assessed by medical history and knee jerk reflex testing 3. Presence of postural control abnormalities related to medication use, alcohol consumption, visual impairment, or vestibular system dysfunction, assessed by medical history including screening questions regarding true vertigo, positional dizziness, duration of dizziness episodes, nausea, vomiting, and loss of balance within the previous 6 months 4. Pregnancy, assessed by screening questions regarding current pregnancy status, suspected pregnancy within the previous 1 to 2 months, and regularity of the last menstrual period
