Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers of children with cerebral palsy aged 18 years or older who provide care for at least 8 hours per day on at least 3 days per week and reside in Phayao Province or nearby provinces. 2. The child under care must have a physician confirmed diagnosis of cerebral palsy and be aged between 1 and 18 years at the time of data collection. 3. Caregivers must have access to the internet and be able to use an electronic device such as a smartphone tablet laptop or desktop computer. 4. Caregivers must be able to read write and communicate effectively and be reachable throughout the study period. 5. Caregivers must be willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers with physical injuries or musculoskeletal conditions that may interfere with caregiving (e.g., chronic back pain, degenerative disc disease, shoulder dislocation). 2. Caregivers with communicable diseases that may pose a risk of transmission to the child (e.g., tuberculosis, severe influenza, infectious skin diseases). 3. Caregivers with physical or mental health conditions that may limit their ability to provide information or participate in the study (e.g., dementia, psychotic disorders, severe stress). 4. Caregivers who are relocating or planning to relocate outside the study area during the data collection period. 5. Caregivers of children with cerebral palsy whose medical condition is unstable (e.g., uncontrolled seizures or unstable vital signs).
