Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 50-80 years Scheduled for primary unilateral total knee replacement for advanced knee osteoarthritis 2.Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis based on ACR criteria, encompassing Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3 or 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.revision surgery 2. inflammatory arthropathy 3.pre-existing coagulopathy 4.renal impairment 5.history of thromboembolic disease 6.allergy to TXA, 7.chronic anticoagulation
