Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai patient 18 years old or more with trigger finger and Quinnell classification grade II-IV who indicated for trigger finger release was treated at Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital around 2568 - 2570 B.E. 2. Patients can make decision to be research sample by themselves.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have history of Beta-Aescin or NSAIDs allergy. 2. Patient with chronic kidney disease that contraindicated for NSAIDs. 3. Patient with history of prior Trigger finger release surgery that going for re-operation at the same finger. 4. Patient who cannot follow up as appointment plan. 5. Patient who get another surgery at the time of trigger finger release surgery. 6. Patient who underlying with arthritis, post-traumatic or disability that effect hand and finger function. 7. Patient with trigger thumb.
