Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum mothers with a gestational age of 37 weeks or more. 2.Mother and infant stay together, with the mother being the primary caregiver. 3.Married status. 4.No chronic diseases or complications during pregnancy (e.g., gestational diabetes, hypertension). 5.Able to read, write, and communicate in Thai. 6.Able to use the Line application. 7.Willing to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants or newborns who develop obstetric or medical 2.complications after enrollment that affect self-care or newborn care activities. Request to withdraw from the research.
