Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurse : 1.Registered nurses working in Medical Intensive Care Units 1 and 2 2. have at least one year of experience caring for intubated patients 3.have provided informed consent to participate in the study. Patient : 1. Patients aged 60 years and older 2. patients are admitted to Medical Intensive Care Units 1 and 2 have undergone endotracheal intubation and are receiving mechanical ventilation 3. have provided informed consent to participate in the study. 4.For unconscious patients, informed consent must be obtained from their primary caregiver who is a blood relative or spouse, aged 18 years or older. 5.Eligible patients must have no prior history of pneumonia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient or family/relative refusal to participate in the study 2 Death occurred during the research operation/study period
