Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-30 years old college students form Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology; 2) No training experience, no regular exercise in the past 3 months (less than 90 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 45 minutes of vigorous exercise per- week); 3) Indicate in the IPAQ (International Physical Activity) questionnaire that they belong to category 1 or have a low level of physical activity and therefore do not meet the minimum recommendations for physical activity and physical activity proposed by the World Health Organization; 4) physical examinations in the past 6 months show no abnormalities related to bone and mineral metabolism, and there are no diseases that affect bone metabolism and cause secondary osteoporosis (such as hyperthyroidism and hyperparathyroidism); 5) No hormonal, orthopedic, respiratory diseases or cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and polycystic ovary syndrome; 6) Not using prescription drugs that may alter bone metabolism (e.g., corticosteroids, estrogens, and thiazide diuretics), not using hormonal contraceptives, and not taking calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D, or K supplements;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have sports experience; perform more than 1 hour of physical exercise per week in the past 3 months; 2)Taking supplements or medical products with antioxidant properties; 3) Have a history of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 4) Have joint pain; have a history of fracture within the past year.
