Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Army musical students aged 15 years and older, receiving a normal otologic physical examination 2. Students and parents willing to participate voluntarily in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with ruptured tympanic membranes or hearing loss in both ears (either congenital or acquired) 2. A history of ear surgery 3. A history of taking ototoxic medication
