Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sample Group for Model Development 1.1 Parents or caregivers who have previously cared for or are currently caring for early childhood children for at least 6 months. 1.2 Individuals who have been officially appointed to perform duties related to early childhood quality development by the municipality and public health service units. 1.3 Village Health Volunteers (VHVs) are responsible for early childhood developmental surveillance and promotion. 1.4 Teachers responsible for early childhood care in early childhood development centers within the study area. 2) Sample Group for Model Implementation (Experimental Group) 2.1 Early childhood caregivers, such as parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, or other relatives, who have been living in the same household with an early childhood child for at least 6 months. 2.2 Individuals with no physical, intellectual, or mental impairments. 2.3 Individuals who can communicate effectively, understand the Thai language, and are literate (able to read and write). 2.4 Individuals who voluntarily agree and provide informed consent to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who provided incomplete responses to the interview questionnaire. 2. Participants who had urgent or unavoidable circumstances that prevented them from fully participating in all stages of the intervention/activities.
