Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older 2. Underwent elective colorectal surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal bleeding on presentation 2. Underwent hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) 3. Transanal procedure 4. Received packed red blood cell (PRC) transfusion within 7 days before surgery 5. Missing data
