Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The sample is divided into two groups 1. All professional nurses permanently working in Medical Intensive Care Unit 3 and Medical Intensive Care Unit 4 at Prapokklao Hospital are 46 people 2. Patients Groups are admitted to Medical Intensive Care Unit 3 and Medical Intensive Care Unit 4 at Prapokklao Hospital between October 2025 and April 2026 are 70 people, Patients admitted to Medical Intensive Care Unit 3 and Medical Intensive Care Unit 4 at Prapokklao Hospital between October 2025 and April 2026. Patient 1.Male and female patients aged more than or equeal 15 years admitted to MICU 3 or MICU 4 2.Braden Score less than or equal 18 3.Admission body temperature more than or equal 38.0 degree celsius Restricted mobility. 4.BMI more than 29.9 and or less than 18.5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diarrhea at risk of developing Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis (IAD). 2.Patients with life-threatening changes in vital signs or a critical condition.
