Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Student Status: Currently enrolled as third-year nursing students at Prachomklao College of Nursing, Phetchaburi, Faculty of Nursing, Praboromarajchanok Institute, Thailand 2. Registered in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing Practice course during the second semester of academic year 2021 3 Age Requirement: 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment 4 Academic Prerequisite: Successfully completed prerequisite coursework in psychiatric nursing with passing grade 5 Informed Consent: Willing and able to provide voluntary written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental Health Disorders: Currently diagnosed with or receiving treatment for any mental disorder 2. psychiatric condition that may impair judgment or ability to participate 3.Severe Health Problems: Presence of severe acute or chronic medical conditions that would prevent participation in study activities or completion of the intervention program
