Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged between 18 and 34 years, 2. Gestational age between 20 and 36 weeks, 3. Has ownership of a smartphone with internet connectivity, 4. Proficiency in the Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has medical or obstetric complications such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or preterm labor 2. Has history of psychiatric disorders
