Chronic Respiratory Diseases PM2.5, chronic respiratory diseases, oligo-fucoidan, immune responses, inflammation.

Interventions

All enrolled participants received conventional therapy for chronic pulmonary diseases and oral supplementation with OF at a dose of 550 mg per tablet, two tablets twice daily, for 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic bronchitis 2.emphysema 3. asthma 4.chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.malignancy 2. infection 3.pregnancy and breastfeeding 4. receiving immunosuppressants other than steroids and bronchodilators 5. other systemic clinical immune diseases.
