Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 35-60 years 2. Having Prediabetes according to the traditions of the Association of America (ADA), USB must have the qualifications to receive high praise... o Fasting blood sugar level (FPG) for at least 6 hours is between 100-125 mg/dL. o Blood sugar levels after ingesting 75 grams of glucose at 2 hours (OGTT) were between 140-199 mg/dL. o have an HbA1c level of 5.7-6.4% 3. The body mass index (BMI) value is in the range of 23.0-30.0 kg/m2. 4. People at risk for type 2 diabetes include a history of gestational diabetes. (Gestational, GDM) or a history of impaired glucose tolerance or a history of impaired fasting plasma glucose

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have FPG level greater than or equal to126 mg per dL OGTT at 2 hours greater than or equal to200 mg per dL and HbA1c greater than or equal to6.5 percent. 2. Have congenital disease and regularly receive medications such as sugar-lowering drugs anti-platelet drugs angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors) angiotensin II receptor antagonists fenofibrate atorvastatin rosuvastatin and Fluvastatin etc. except for birth control pills. 3. People with serum creatinine greater than or equal to 2.0 mg per dl or who are undergoing dialysis. 4. People with liver enzyme alanine aminotransferase (ALT)greater than or equal to3 times the normal range. 5. People with secondary causes of hyperglycemia such as taking steroids or having pancreatic cancer. 6. People with acute infections or chronic inflammatory diseases (cancer, rheumatoid arthritis) 7. People with gallbladder disease or a history of gallbladder surgery.
