Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative patients aged 18 years or older 2. Pulmonary embolism after major surgery 3. followed up at the study institution
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a prior history of pulmonary embolism or deep vein thrombosis 2. Patients with incomplete medical records
