Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patents who underwent TKA in Kamphaeng Phet Hospital between 1/10/2022-31/8/2025 2. Complete medical record and complete pre and postoperative radiograph.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. flexion contracture>10 degree 2. previous Femur fracture 3. ON hip 4. SONK 5. CFB < 0 degree 6. inadequate radiograph

Risk of alignment outliner 6 weeks after surgery The absolute deviation angle is calculated using the formula 90-mLDFA. If the absolute deviation angle is greater than 3, the case is classified as an outlier.	—
