Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis, followed the EPOS 2020 guideline 2. Patients have undergone endoscopic sinus surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using systemic corticosteroids for 1 month before taking the biopsy 2. Patients are excluded if the operation involved only septal surgery, turbinate surgery, surgery for acute orbital cellulitis, or surgery for mucocoeles.
