Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who visit the Emergency Department (trauma) present with animal bite wound within 6 hours of the accident 2) Patients aged >= 20 years old and not pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who visit the Emergency Department (trauma) present with fresh traumatic wound after 6 hours of the accident 2) Patients who request to withdraw/against advice 3) Patient who has been diagnosis as infected wound or cellulitis by physician 4) Patients who has been admitted 5) Patient who was already receive antibiotic treatment from other hospital 6) Patient who transfer from primary hospital for definite care 7) Patients with incomplete data of intervention group and infection rate were excluded. 8) Patients with a history of allergy to penicillin group
