Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malocclusion who are eligible for clear aligner therapy. 2.Participants recruited were high school and university people aged 18to45 years. 3.Participants had to be healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tobacco smokers 2.Drug and alcohol users 3.Presence of other significant pathologies, such as inflammatory bowel disease, 4.chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Patients with cancer who are treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
