Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male participants aged between 18 and 24 years. 2. Right-foot dominant. 3. Physically healthy and free from lower limb musculoskeletal injuries within the past six months. 4. No known medical conditions that could affect physical performance or movement execution. 5. Willing to participate voluntarily and provide written informed consent. 6. For the trained group: University-level futsal athletes. Minimum of five years of structured futsal training and regular competitive experience. 7. For the novice group: No formal training or competitive experience in futsal or football.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb musculoskeletal injury within the past six months (e.g., ankle sprain, knee injury, muscle strain). 2. Presence of neurological, cardiovascular, or orthopedic conditions that may affect movement control, balance, or physical performance. 3. Current pain, discomfort, or functional limitation during physical activity. 4. Previous surgery involving the lower extremities or spine within the past year. 5. Use of medication that may influence neuromuscular function, balance, or reaction time. 6. Left-foot dominant or ambidextrous kicking preference. 7. Failure to complete the testing protocol or inability to perform maximal shooting effort safely. 8. Non-compliance with pre-test instructions (e.g., inadequate rest, recent intense exercise, or incomplete informed consent).
