18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unresectable PDAC, defined as stage III locally advanced or stage IV metastatic pancreatic cancer according to the AJCC 8th edition classification 2. Patients receiving concurrent chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncorrectable coagulopathy (INR >1.5 or platelet < 50,000/ml) 2. Massive ascites 3. Clinically unstable for EUS-RFA or RT 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status more than 3 5. Life expectancy of less than 3 months
