Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Parkinson disease at modified Hoehn and Yahr stage 2-3 2.Age 40-70 years 3.Stable Parkinson disease medication 4.Individuals with postural abnormalities 5.Ability to stand independently and ambulate at least 10 meters without the use of an assistive device 6.Able to follow commands and instructions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cognitive impairment or dementia, as assessed by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment 5 minute 2.History of neurological deficits 3.History of cardiopulmonary diseases 4.History of musculoskeletal conditions that significantly limit posture, balance, or gait 5.Individuals with severe motor symptoms or motor complications 6.Sustained depression and/or anxiety measured by Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale 7.History of brain surgery 8.Any medical or surgical interventions 9.Visual or hearing impairments 10.Inability to safely participate in telehealth-based exercise sessions
