Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 8 and 18 years 2. Diagnosed with childhood cancer 3. Have completed primary cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and/or surgery) for at least 6 months 4. Participants with a history of cancer relapse are eligible if they have completed primary treatment for at least 6 months and have no evidence of active disease at the time of enrollment 5. Currently enrolled in school or planning to return to school at the primary or secondary education level, including equivalent education systems such as non-formal education or home schooling; participants must plan to return to school within the next 6 months and, once returned, be able to attend school continuously for at least one academic semester 6. Able to communicate in Thai 7. No severe intellectual disability or severe developmental delay as diagnosed by a developmental and behavioral pediatrician 8. Written informed consent obtained from both parents/legal guardians and the pediatric participants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children younger than 8 years or older than 18 years 2. Children with pre-existing intellectual, developmental, emotional, or social impairments prior to cancer diagnosis (premorbid abnormalities), or with neurological conditions that preclude completion of questionnaires or participation in focus group discussions 3. Children with recurrent cancer currently undergoing palliative care, or with acute or severe medical conditions deemed by the attending physician to make participation inappropriate 4. Participants from other stakeholder groups (e.g., physicians, teachers, parents, classmates) who are unable to communicate in Thai at a level sufficient for meaningful participation, or who have severe psychiatric conditions that interfere with participation 5. Refusal to participate or withdrawal of consent during the study
