60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults aged 60 years and older registered and residing in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan, Denpasar City. 2. Able to communicate verbally in Indonesian or Balinese. 3. Able to understand simple oral instructions and participate in the activity with facilitator assistance if needed. 4. Had adequate vision and hearing function for group activities with or without assistive devices. 5. Had stable physical condition, able to sit upright for 60 minutes, and not in acute illness or bedridden.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Older adults with indications of severe cognitive impairment or severe dementia who were unable to understand simple instructions. 2. Having severe behavioral problems such as agitation or aggressiveness based on screening by community health workers or health staff. 3. Currently participating in structured cognitive therapy or another similar intervention study within the last 1 month.
