Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-80 year-old 2. undergoing VATS 3. ASA class I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. neurological disease 2. cerebrovascular disease 3. dementia 4. Parkinson's disease 5. delirium 6. severe COPD 7. pulmonary infection 8. pregnancy 9. preoperative problem eg. coagulation dysfunction, hypoxemia, hypercarbia 10. cannot communicate for MMSE evaluation eg. deafness, writing-reading problem 11. preoperative MMSE score < 27 12. bilateral lung surgery
