Pregnant women will attend four psychoeducational sessions led by trained professionals. These sessions will cover topics such as postpartum depression, maternal and child health care, and coping skil

18 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with gestational age from 28 weeks to 31 weeks. 2. Pregnant women without depression at baseline and having at least one risk factor of PPD: living in low-income families, having a history of depression, having a family history of depression, having an EPDS score of 9-12 during pregnancy; 3. Willing to participate in the study; 4. Stay at least 2 months after birth in the study setting; 5. Having a smartphone to access the internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women deliver babies with Congenital abnormalities or experienced stillbirth; 2. Development of severe pregnancy complications during the study period; 3. Addicted substance use; 4. Having current treatment for mental health problems.
