Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patient under going elective ceserean section with spinal anesthesia 2. Age between 18-40 years old 3.ASA class I - II 4. Gestational age 37-42 week 5. Singleton pregnancy 6. consent to participate in research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy / advrese reaction to anesthetic agent 2. Patient who contraindicated to spinal anesthesia with intrathecal morphine 3.Patient who has obsteric complication 4.Patient who has chronic pain or chronic opioid used 5. Patient who cannot communicated in Thai 6. BMI >= 40 kg/m2 7. Patient refusal
