Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 45 years 2. Diagnosis of stage II flexible flatfoot 3. Presence of foot or ankle complaints related to flatfoot
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower limb surgery 2. Underlying conditions affecting neuromuscular or musculoskeletal function (e.g., diabetes mellitus, scoliosis, peripheral neuropathy) 3. Acute traumatic injury to lower leg
