Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Thai national beach volleyball players. 2. Actively training and in good general health. 3. Able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of any illness or medical condition that may influence the study outcomes 2. History or presence of gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., chronic constipation, diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, or other persistent digestive disorders) 3. Existing injury that could interfere with participation in training or study procedures
