60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female participants aged 60 years and above 2.Good consciousness with normal perception no vision problems able to read and communicate in Thai and perform daily activities independently with no dementia as assessed by Mini Cog score higher than 3 3.No hearing impairment 4.No comorbidities such as diabetes mellitus chronic kidney disease heart disease or stroke 5.Able to communicate via telephone 6.Voluntary participation and willing to join the research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Participants who develop acute illnesses during the study period and are referred for treatment elsewhere or experience severe conditions such as severe infection or required surgery Withdrawal Criteria 1.Unable to attend all of the first three program activities 2.Death of the participant
