Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5-6 years old classified as overweight or obese Children who enjoy consuming fruits, specifically bananas and apples General good health with no chronic gastrointestinal diseases Children who enjoy consuming fruits, specifically bananas and apples
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known history of allergy to nuts or cashews Current or recent consumption of antibiotics or probiotic supplements Subjects who decide to withdraw or are unable to complete the 90-day dietary intervention
