Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time to blastocyst During embryo culture up to day 7 Time to blastocyst formation measured by time lapse imaging EmbryoScope Plus in hours from insemination or ICSI to full blastocyst stage

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Morphokinetic parameters During embryo culture up to day 7 Embryo morphokinetic time points measured by time lapse imaging EmbryoScope Plus including pronuclear appearance and cleavage timings and blastulation,Number of oocytes retrieved Day of oocyte retrieval Total number of oocytes retrieved at oocyte pick up per participant,Number of mature oocytes Day of oocyte retrieval Number of metaphase II oocytes assessed after denudation,Blastocyst formation rate During embryo culture up to day 7 Number of blastocysts divided by number of normally fertilized embryos,Embryo quality Day 5 to day 7 embryo assessment Blastocyst morphology grading assessed by embryologists according to laboratory standard criteria,Euploid embryo rate After PGT result available Proportion of euploid embryos among biopsied blastocysts by PGT for aneuploidy,iDAScore During embryo culture up to day 7 Artificial intelligence based embryo score generated by time lapse system,Clinical pregnancy rate At 6 to 7 weeks of gestation Presence of intrauterine gestational sac with fetal heartbeat on ultrasound after frozen euploid blastocyst transfer,Embryo morphological data During embryo culture day 5 to day 7 Embryo morphology assessment and blastocyst grading recorded from time lapse images according to laboratory standard criteria including inner cell mass grade and trophectoderm grade
