Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients undergoing regular HD 4 hours per session and Thrice a week in center HD for at least 3 months 2.at least 18 years old treatment with maintenance in center HD consent from was done

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.treatment with peritoneal dialysis 2.previous parathyroidectomy 3.uncontrolled arrythmia disease 4.current treatment with Mg-containing medication or supplements 5. participation in other clinical trial 6. pregnancy or breastfeeding.
