Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The older adults who aged 60 years or older, both male and female who are attend health services at outpatient department 9, Srinagarind hospital, and Sila health promotion hospital, this includes patient who have underlying of hypertension with or without diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia. 2. Diagnosed having hypertension grade 1 or 2 by physician. 3. Treat hypertension with anti-hypertensive medication. 4. Barthel activities daily living score greater than or equal 12 marks (Barthel activities daily living score was used to ensure that participants had adequate ability to perform daily routine and capable to exercise by themselves). 5. Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) greater than 23 marks. 6. Thai-eHEALS greater than or equal 28 marks (eHEALS score and TMSE was used to ensure that participants had adequate digital health literacy to engage effectively with the chatbot-based intervention, thereby minimizing usability barriers and ensuring that outcomes reflected intervention effectiveness than limitations in technology use). 7. Have own smartphone and be able to use Line application. 8. Patient who unexperienced of blood pressure greater 180/110 mmHg, angina, dyspnea, dizziness, heart failure, arrythmias, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, acute illness, and other chronic disease such as stroke, osteoporosis, and COPD 9. Patient who have routine appointment at the hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using other hypertensive management or mHealth program or other Chatbot for hypertensive management. 2. Using wearable tracking devices. 3. Have unstable or emergency health problem during joining intervention such as infection, dyspnea, or unstable vital sign. 4. Utilizes the program (chatbot) less than 80%, this criterion will be monitor from chatbot using of requesting any function weekly along 12 weeks intervention or accessing health information from the chatbot options.
